Job Description

Drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing agreements (commercial, supply, distribution, service, leave and license, lease etc.)coordinating with Business Partners in connection with businessHandling Litigations (including appearing before the Civil, Criminal CourtKnowledge of Land Laws, Engaging Lawyers in Company matters, Ensuring extension and or termination of contracts as per the Company guidelines;Knowledge in Factory Compliances, Maintaining case-papers, proper documentation of legal files. Preparing and Updating list of pending and ongoing cases. Attending Courts. Travelling in market, Communicating regularly with external and internal stakeholders to develop a strong documentation culture in all concerned areas, Market visit, Execution of warrants, summons, Should have good negotiation skills, Should have ownership skills and flexible approach and Team player, Willing to travel for Company workMust be female and should be proficient in Kannada ( Read,Write,Speak)Candidates must from manufacturing industry.
