Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the company s e-billing system (TyMetrix T360) and lead e-billing best practices, including billing guidelines, rate evaluation and alternative fee arrangement tracking
  • Manage onboarding of new law firms and vendors
  • Respond to law firm and vendor queries regarding invoices, budgets and payments
  • Manage monthly invoice and budget submission reminders as well as monitor invoices and budget approval to ensure timely processing
  • Oversee timekeeper management, including new timekeeper requests and approvals
  • Assist in-house attorneys and work with law firm and vendors to manage matters
  • Work closely with in-house attorneys and outside counsel to resolve any e-billing e-billing issues
  • Provide TyMetrix training to new hires, prepare quarterly news letters
  • Help implement, maintain and advance process and technology solutions for key legal operation functions
Years and Types of Experience :
  • 5 years of Legal Operations or related professional experience in a corporate legal/finance department or law firm; budgeting and financial acumen
  • E-billing experience (TyMetrix T60 preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of legal technology preferred
