Job Description

*Manage and resolve all issues related to the Settlements applications. This will include 1) monitoring the environment, 2) communicating, fixing, escalating as needed 3) managing immediate issues, 4) researching root cause for all incidents or working with L3 to research and documents, 5) continuous follow-up with Ops and other parties to ensure corrections are made to fix the breaks on the T1 report (problem management). Capable of independent learning and working. Expected to transfer very sophisticated knowledge and concepts to others in the team.
