Job Description

    Job DescriptionBuilding out a brilliant customer journey begins with understanding our customer, his/her needs better and mapping them out to ensure we provide them with an experience that is unique to each one of them. To this end, we would like a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst to aid us with ensuring periodic visibility of the key metrics that matter, stitching them together to help the organisation map out, in an ideally predictive manner, a cause-effect relationship between its decisions and the outcome they have on the experience of a customer.Responsibilities- Identifying problems/gaps in the business, devising structured solutions, and using data to provide insights, and recommendations to the business stakeholders- Ensuring periodic visibility (frequency dependent on the metric in question) of key org metrics - Ensuring visual dashboarding of closely watched numbers on Google Sheets or BI tools.- Driving data integration projects to ensure all Licious data is centralized for enabling seamless and real-time/near real-time reporting.- Building prescriptive/predictive models to determine the impact of business decisions (across fulfilment, sourcing, marketing, etc.) on customer experience and the consequent reverse impact on business - Creating an attribution model of the key input drivers (across sourcing choices, operations design, product attributes, etc) that result in a stellar CE- Building out foundational elements for customer profiling, i.e.: How can we build a differentiated pre & post order experience depending on a customer profile What aspects should we consider while building out such a profile Desired Candidate:- 3+ years of experience working in Business Analysis, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a comparable role.- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel.- Demonstrated use of analytical packages and query languages such as SQL and R/Python.- Demonstrated experience in statistical modelling to solve complex problems is preferred- Prior experience in design and execution of analytical projects.- Detail-oriented with aptitude for solving unstructured problems.- Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high volume environment.- Hands-on experience on managing complex and diverse data sources on a regular basis- Strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group discussions and explain complex solutions.Our Promise to You: - We will value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy, and positive energy over years of experience.- We have no industry baggage, and we are willing to try out new ideas.- We are always excited to hear from you.- We will give you an opportunity to create a once in a lifetime organization.,
