Job Description

  • Maintaining and updating employee data on workday. Handle day-to-day calls with Employees. Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance with UK & US laws.
  • Producing standard correspondence to employees & external parties Liaising with employees, line managers and other HR colleagues/stakeholders
  • Working closely with the Global Information Systems team and respective product specialist in the UK GU.
  • Proactively contributing to improvements within the department Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects
  • Any other duties as requested by the HR Leads/Managers
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in business, HR, or related discipline required English 1+ years progressive Contact Center Good understanding of HR operations and Contact Center management, preferably in a Shared Services function.
  • Experience in using Service Center technologies (e.g. ticket management, knowledge management, telephony / chat, email, document management, etc.), ServiceNow a plus
  • Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload Ability to work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines
  • Self-starter with a proactive and inquisitive nature who can anticipate and pre-empt problems
  • Entry level experience with planning, organization, problem solving, and decision-making abilities HR Information
  • System experience preferred, Workday a plus
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service orientation
  • Rotational work schedule might be required depending on the critical deliverables and the urgent requirements of countries supported
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office Suite
