Job Description

    We are looking for passionate Life Skills Mentors to work with government school students and help them build essential skills for personal and academic growth.As a mentor, you will conduct engaging sessions that focus on confidence, communication, decision-making, and emotional awareness, enabling students to become responsible and self-aware individuals.Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct life skills sessions for school students (girls)
    • Facilitate topics like communication, confidence building, goal setting, and decision-making
    • Engage students through activities, discussions, and role plays
    • Create a safe and supportive learning environment
    • Encourage participation and self-expression among students
    • Coordinate with program team for session planning and feedback
