Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.2. Reconciling NDCs and ledger statement;3. Paying by verifying expense reports and preparing payout report4. Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is adjusted with any debits outstanding; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance;5. Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports;6.
