Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the entire Order Cycle by ensuring that distribution operations run smoothly so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Organizing & monitoring the storage & distribution of products. Manage warehouse, inventory control, material handling, customer service, transportation and planning workers. Other Accountabilities: Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Handling Logistics Operations Inbound & Outbound (Route mapping , Route allotment, GSE reporting). Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. Handling COD. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers. Coordinating with order taking & sourcing team. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Payment coordination with sales & GSE. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments. Fuel sheet management. Resolve any arising problems or complaints. Duty roasters allotment.
