We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.You will join the Talent Attraction Campus Hiring team whose vision is to engage and attract the best and most diverse talent for Nokia through our amazing candidate-centric experiences. What you will learn and contribute to As part of the team, you will:
    • Manage campus recruiting program
    • Proactively design and publish the campus engagement calendar
    • Engage proactively with the stakeholders with respect to their availability for the campus drives
    • Build and maintain consultative stakeholder relationships across BGs and the lines of business to keep them informed on program processes and engage on decision points
    • Ensure all required logistic support is available for the campus drives and support recruiting events
    • Check, consolidate and publish the results of the campus drive to internal and external stakeholders
    • Maintain effective relationships with universities, secure preferred slots to plan hiring drives, facilitate high impact pre-placement talks
    • Drive diversity and inclusion within the program
    • Ensure timely release of the offer letters to the shortlisted students
    • Partner with cross functional teams for onboarding and induction of campus hires
    • Enable high touch Post Offer Engagement
    • Create and manage on-going communication routines and serve as the single point of contact for senior management and key stakeholders regarding metrics and outcomes
    Your skills and experience You have :
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent, preferably with 12+ years of campus/recruiting experience
    • Outstanding project and program management skills; productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
    • Strong ability to adapt to change and be an active change management support
    It would be nice if you also had:
    • Proven, strong campus sourcing ability utilizing multiple, creative sourcing avenues across a wide range of technical and engineering disciplines
    • Proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and candidates in a demanding environment
    • Ability to work independently with limited direction
    • Flexibility, working at times in ambiguity, while still maintaining positivity
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proven experience of establishing, maintaining and developing working relationships at all levels
