• You will be working as Lotus Domino V7, 8, 8.5.x administrator.
• The purpose of this role is to provide technical support in order to ensure a high degree of Customer Happiness through SLA & Process Compliance.
• You will do Backup Veritas, IBM Tivoli, NetBackup, Lotus Domino Administration, Antivirus Trend, Symantec, MacAfee, Email Archiving software.
• You will work with other Middleware teams during application server related problems/changes
• The emphasis would be on skills like Dedicated Metrics and Improvement
• Monitoring dedicated server alerts and sensitize them and resolve it.
• Customer/Vendor interaction & co-ordinations.

• 4+ years of experience in Lotus Domino
• Lotus Domino version 9.1.2, AHS on Domino Server, DB2 Client Configuration, MQ Client Configuration, Domino Installation Wizard and Configuration.
• Provide desktop and server support for computer hardware and software experience with Lotus Domino ND6/ ND7 / ND8 Server and ND6 / ND7 / ND8 Notes Client.
• Demonstrable Experience in troubleshooting, integration, and migration of Domino
• Knowledge in monitoring, metrics and standard methodologies in a complex Domino server and client environment
• Experience with Domino HTTP, SMTP, Clustering, Disaster Recovery, LDAP, Sametime
• Experience with network architectures and hardware platform.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

• Working knowledge on AIX/zLinux/DB2 Server Administration,
• MQ Server Administration
