Job Description

As a Mac/JAMF Expert with 4 to 6 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities:- **JAMF Administration**: - Manage and administer JAMF Pro infrastructure, including servers, policies, configurations, and inventory. - **Application Packaging**: - Package, deploy, and manage macOS and iOS applications using JAMF Pro, ensuring compatibility and compliance with organizational standards. Utilize BASH scripting wherever necessary. - **MAC OS Administration**: - Provide advanced technical support for macOS endpoints, including troubleshooting, system configuration, software updates, and patch management. - **iOS Administration**: - Manage and support iOS devices within the organization, including device enrollment, configuration, security policies, and application deployment. - **Scripting and Automation**: - Develop and maintain scripts using BASH and workflows to automate routine tasks and streamline administration processes within the JAMF Pro environment. - **Security and Compliance**: - Implement security best practices for macOS and iOS devices, including encryption, firewall configuration, and compliance monitoring through JAMF Pro policies. - **User Support and Training**: - Provide L3-level support to end-users for macOS and iOS-related issues, as well as conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower users to leverage technology effectively. - **Troubleshooting and Incident Response**: - Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to macOS and iOS devices, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques and collaborating with other IT teams as needed. - **Capacity Planning and Performance Optimization**: - Monitor and optimize the performance of JAMF Pro infrastructure and macOS/iOS endpoints, anticipating capacity needs and implementing scalability solutions as required. - **Documentation and Knowledge Sharing**: - Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, and actively participate in knowledge sharing activities with team members.You will be based in one of the following locations: New Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, or Bangalore.
