In this role, you will get to:Be the Expert: - Troubleshoot hardware & accurately determine fixes; research issues and resolves technical problems; Complete technical and special projects as assigned.- Be the Point of Contact: Resolve basic level 1 request and issues in a Mac OS and Windows environments- Enable and Guide: Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests; implement and maintain operational documentation and procedures- Enable the workforce: Coordinate and/or perform remote fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications; remotely troubleshoot issues relating to hardware and software (typically Mac OS, Apple, Google for Work, Cisco Meraki, Dropbox etc.)- Keep management updated: Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports; issue the daily operations status report and project status reports as requiredOur most successful candidates will have:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner- Experience in Apple hardware, Mac OS, Google (G-Suite), and Windows- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills- College degree from accredited four-year institution or relevant technical experience- Previous customer support, sales or technology experience a plus- Ability to be persistent in working through challenges and doing whatever it takes to get the job done- Ability to be creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions to problems and situations- Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements- Pro-active ability in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player,
