      • Key Responsibilities : 1 lead team to design,develop,delivery of advanced sols in the speech analytics 2 Work with Dev to design ML,DL based sols/assets/PF n define actionable insights in an agile env 3 Coordinate data prep with the Data Eng,specifying features to generate as needed 4 Perform extensive research on ML n DL tech,specifically on Speech,NLP domain 5 Evaluate new AI Prod Arch n perform exp/proof of concepts on new AI Prod 6 Articulate n present AI results/demos/assets to a wide variety of stakeholders
      • Technical Experience : 1 Understanding of tech in speech analytics domain 2 Theoretical foundation of Digital Signal Processing 3 Proficient in tools n fwrks used for Speech Signal Processing 4 Work with large data-sets n train ML-DL models 5 Strong in coding using prog langs like Python,R,C 6 Strong data structures n algorithmic skills 7 Proficient in-CNNs,RNNsLSTM,Attention models,Transformers 8 Hands on exp with SSP n NLP tools:NLTK,CoreNLP,DeepSpeech,Kaldi 9 Exp with ML-DL libraries:Scikit Learn,TensorFlow,PyTorch
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Client Interaction handling exp preferred 2 Excellent Analytical skills,Attitude to learn n pick up things,Comm skills 3 Provide input in decisions making regarding Speech solutions,frameworks,AI tools,hardware,network products,system sw n security 4 Passion for research wid ability to learn fast
