Job Description

    Experience in Assembler in development or modernization of assembler programs into high level programming languages such as Cobol/Java/C#. Experience in executing projects in agile methodology. Should have experience in advanced COBOL and COBOL-DB2 programming.Should have experience in mainframe modernization where large scale mainframe applications are migrated into cloud by rehosting/re-engineering or transformation. Perform capacity planning and design target architecture as per the customer needs. Define strategies and plan for mainframe modernization and cloud adoption by implementing cloud native solutions on the target platform and implement DevSecops solutions for automated application management. Provide thought leadership in building new assets/capabilities in mainframe modernization. You would also provide technology consultation and assist in defining scope and sizing of work.You would implement solutions, create technology differentiation, and leverage partner technologies.Additionally, you would participate in competency development with the objective of ensuring the best-fit and high quality technical solutions.You would be a key contributor in creating thought leadership within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
