Job Description

    • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in executing batch jobs using CA7 (Mainframe) and Control-M (GUI) scheduling tools.
    • Ability to utilize MVS and JES3 commands in Mainframe to display jobs, queues, lines, and interact with attached hardware/peripherals.
    • Demonstrable experience in tools like NetView, Control-M, CA7.
    • Demonstrated experience with JCL and restarting failed batch jobs in Mainframe.
    • Take action on GUI Control-M jobs such as Rerun, hold, free etc.
    • Basic Unix commands.
    • Experience in any one of ticketing/incident tool.
    • Experience in monitor and update dashboards with an understanding of service level agreements and critical issue.
    • Willingness to work in 24/7 shift environment (including nights, weekends and holidays).
