The candidate will be responsible for planning , controlling and improvising on the maintenance activities at the main plant . He should also be responsible for conservation of energy through learning and implementing effective and advanced technological methods . The candidate will be accountable for the indigenous development of spares and parts or vendor development etc . He will be liable for the statutory requirement with regard to electrical inspectorate , boiler inspectorate , hoist , weighing scale , pressure vessel etc . and attending to the compliance if any . Should organize and plan for utilization of men and machinery to meet the company s quality objectives , targets , and other commitments . Should also be responsible for utilities like smoke tube boiler , 500 cfm compressor , special purpose machine , good knowledge towards PLC and control wiring system , good in electro pneumatics and hydraulics . Should be able to analyze the problem and rectify electrical and mechanical breakdowns , maintain the machine in good conditions .
