To train team on Cargill s guiding principle , EHS / Food safety policies and ensure for 100 % Compliance.-50% Maintenance & Reliability: Experience & knowledge of pouch filling machines,jar filing machines Maintaining PM & PdM of PCCs, MCCs,UPS and Motor,Pumps. Troubleshooting of Electrical equipments with thorough knowledge on control & power diagrams,Drives,PCCs,MCCs,Motors & maintaining electrical standards as per IE Rules Knowledge of Chillers, VAM, Compressors, Boilers from electrical aspects & maintaining their reliability & ensuring 100% availability Knowledge on energy awareness & energy saving initiatives as applicable for the system Support ongoing projects within the plant in terms of electrical standards & restrict for noncompliance, if any Ensuring inventory maintaining at stores & availability of spares for critical equipments related to packaging machines & utilities Basic know how on mechanical related to pumps,conveyors,gears Ensure for 100 % compliance of team / self PMP and IDP --30% To train /educate team on associated operational risk. To close all monthly reports with the help of MIS / general shift exe/ system operator.
