Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Project Set upas per Milestone.
  • Administration of Departmental Activities.
  • To ensure the implementation of quality standard.
  • Plan, Do, Check, and Acti)on for localization.
  • Preparation of process layout and machine, assembly layout.
  • Preparation of work / manufacturing standards/APQP
  • Documentation control
  • Authority concerned with development & design of equipments, components & fixtures.
  • Authority regarding control/maintenance of equipments, components, etc.
  • Authority regarding work instructions & standards.
  • Authority regarding labor in the department.
  • To approve assembly jig boards and checker boards.
  • Authority regarding control of documentation related with section.
  • Maintain the Equipments in Uptrend.
  • Improve the MTBF and reduce the MTTR.
  • Spare parts maintaining.
  • Management of ECI activities.
  • To establish, implement & maintain quality system.
  • To control documentation related to departmental activities.
  • Promote the improvement of work.
  • Decide on machine and equipment s for production.
  • Decide process and machine layout.
  • Decide on manufacturing standards.
  • Decide on manpower planning
  • Preparation of work / manufacturing standards.
  • Capacity calculation of Machines & equipment s.
  • Planning and execution of training sessions (on job and class room sessions).
  • Preparation of new machines, tools & jigs and making ready for production.
  • Preparation of process layout and machine, assembly layout.
  • Management KPI activities.
  • Tooling Handling & spare management.
