Position Scope & PurposeMaintenance technician is responsible to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment and plant. Equipment Used includes injection molding machines such as Arburg, Engel, Battenfield, Nissei & Roboshot;Tool room machines CNC mill such as Mazak, AGIE; EDM machines such as AGIE, Fanuc, surface grinder etc.Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions1. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned2. Schedule and complete the Preventative Maintenance Program 3. Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors4. Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled5. Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur6. Ensure safety standards are followed which comply with all company, local, City, State and National guidelines7. Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.)8. Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.)9. Performs other work related duties as assigned10. Must be able to work flexible hoursOther Position Duties1. Prepare ISO documentation 2. Good knowledge on GMP Technical/Functional Skill Sets1. Ability to read, write, speak and understands English fluently. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Must be customer service oriented. 4. Ability to meet or exceed the company s attendance and punctuality standards. 5. Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently. 6. Ability to use common tools. 7.
