Job Description- 10+ years of experience in the area of IT / IT Security Operations with hands on experience in any of the antivirus vendors (Symantec, Trend Micro, Sophos etc.)- Good experience in Incident Handling, Monitoring events, Rollout and Migration support, Troubleshooting etc.- Exposure to cloud malware protection tools and should have completed at least 1 certification related to the cloud infrastructure.- Should have good coordination/interfacing skills since the role requires frequent interactions with customers, vendors and other stake holders- Should act as an offshore team lead and be able to handle project tracking and monitoring activities- Good experience in ticket handling tools like SMT etc.- Should have scripting knowledge to automate redundant tasks and should proactively identify improvement opportunities- Strong knowledge on windows and Linux environment, server infrastructure.,
