Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We find your profile is suitable for vacancies available in Australia and Canada.Australia and Canada are currently facing a shortage of Qualified & Experienced SKILLED PROFESSIONALS. The salary ranges would be in-between $60,000 PA to $1,20,000 CAD/AUD, depending upon the employer and the location.Description of Employment Duties:
    • Use different project management methodologies to complete projects.
    • Perform assessments to identify the needs of the client.
    • Use performance metrics to measure the scope of the problem.
    • Determine possible solutions to the clients problem.
    • Test the solution on a small group to assess effectiveness before full-scale implementation.
    • Implement the solution throughout the entire organization.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of the solution after a determined period of time.
    • Work with internal, external consultants and other experts.
    • Host workshops and other events to develop buy-in throughout the organization.
    • Submit project reports and findings to the Management team.
    • Evaluate short-term or long-term projects, addressing a range of issues and needs
    • Collaborate with management or other staff to learn about their goals and requirements
    • Utilize both traditional and modern assessment tools, such as interviews, surveys, and evaluations.
    • Understand situational interpretations and analyze data to identify and understand challenges
    • Present and explain findings to leadership team and individuals
    • Provide advice or suggestions for improvements that meet our objectives
    • Formulate plans for implementation of recommendations
    • Negotiate and overcome objections from stakeholders and various levels of management
    • Suggest and resource training needed to meet challenges that may arise
