Regular audit of drawings for its drafting errors, correctness, completeness, data adequacy, specifications & tolerances.Implementation of standard practices & methodology to ensure the quality of drawing at par with both Indian and International Automobile Standards1. Check specifically for formats errors, fonts, dimension arrows, units, symbols and other documentation details including the safety and critical characteristics, 2. Ensure compliance of ELV on part drawings 3. Ensure drawing is as per the GD&T Standards 4. Set up and save specific design and drafting checks. Develop best practice methods to be adopted in drawing. 5. Retrieve design checks based on attributes from an existing part, assembly, or drawing document 6. Compare drawing to past results from reviews of other drawings 7. Run the check to validate drawing against the requirement 8. Correct nonconforming design and drafting issues 9. Check Title Block for info like part & Assy Number,Weight and other required info. 10. Check the design change description in Design change block. 11. Check the BOM Table for latest changes, Consumable weight & UOM. 12.DCRN/PR/EN process Quality check for all stake hoder sign off, change deail & other design inputs. 13. Ensure compliance of vehicle level eBOM with the corresponding changes to the module.,
