Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • End to end resolution of the technical requests from customer on post-sales (Troubleshooting, Application assistance, Product installation, technical characteristics, technical complaints etc.) within fixed timeframe.
    • Creating and managing knowledgebase on validated solutions in SE repository
    • Prepare and provide technical trainings to different stakeholders
    Core Competencies: Bachelor s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering Minimum 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Projects, Services, Installation, and commissioning of Secure Power products (Single phase UPS, 3Phase UPS, UPS Accessories etc.)Hardware Competency- Single phase wiring, 3Phase wiring, Earthing, DG, Battery commissioning, Protection device determination & commissioning.etc. Software: PCNS, Ecostruxure, and DCE.SNMP card: AP9630/31/35, AP9640/41 & APV9601.Understanding of various Network/Data Communication such as Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Modbus etc.Hands-on experience and a wide understanding of Schneider Electric products, solutions, and engineering concepts would be an advantage.Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written) and ability to interact with global customers.Excellent problem-solving and data analytical approach.Excellent team player., * Job Description for Advanced Technical Support Engineer (Secure Power) Advanced Technical Support Engineer Mission: Schneider Electric is seeking a Customer Success Advanced Support agent for the Bangalore, India, who will be responsible for technical support of SE Secure- Power product range.Assist all our customers in reaching higher profit by making the best use of SE technology.
