Job Description

You will hire and grow the Global organization with direct and matrixed staff of Engineers, Product Managers with focus on DevOps and techno - functional expertise

You will engineer highly resilient systems and be accountable for availability and scalability of services

You will work directly with peer IT teams and Business Operations teams to build a joint roadmap that addresses the needs of VMW Finance

You will support, plan, and manage project resources, budgets and deliverables

You will work with Director, VP level business counterparts to set strategic direction for Finance Applications

You will assist in designing the financial systems strategy

Desired SkillsExperience

BS in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus

8 - 10 years of meaningful job - experience

3 - 5 years of people management experience with growing responsibilities

You should have worked in Full stack as well as ERP technologies. Hands - on coding experience will be an advantage

Experience with enterprise - grade ERP platforms Oracle SAP

  • Strong experience in Full Stack ABAP development including UI5 and Fiori, ABAP on HANA with S4 HANA application Suite.
  • Thorough understanding of APIMicroservices based architecture.
  • Experience in designing & implementing SAP Finance & Logistics Modules (FI, CO - PA, CI, SD & MM) in the capacity of ABAP LeadManager.
  • Experience leading multiple end - to - end SAP implementations in a hands - on capacity in Technical areas (Architecture, Programming)
  • Experience in SAP middleware tools like PI - PO
  • Good experience of Data ConversionData replication with tools like BODS, SLT and other SAP tools.
  • Knowledge of Integration with solution manager
  • Working exposure towards AgileActivate development practices in SAP.

    • Expertise with DevOps practices and CICD tool chains to improve software delivery velocity

      Nice to Have Experience

      • Experience in SAP FICA, BRIM, RAR
      • Exposure to HANA BI
      • Experience with integration of 3rd party tools like Concur, Coupa etc
      • Knowledge on integration channels like Fusion Middleware andor Informatica
