Job Description

    Job DescriptionThis role is focused on delivering complex test benches and automation solutions. Leading industrial automation projects, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and managing machine commissioning and performance monitoring.Key Responsibilities:
    • Industrial Automation:Implement automation solutions for machines, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards.
    • Product Testing & Qualification:Set up, test, and validate parameters for test benches to ensure product quality.
    • Technical Integration:Work with design, assembly, and process teams to develop PLC, HMI, NI LabVIEW, vision, and robotic programming.
    • Machine Installation & Commissioning: Oversee loading, testing, qualification, and handover of machines.
    • Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Address issues in running machines, provide technical support, and lead corrective actions.
    • Service Support: Attend to service calls and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed.
    Qualifications & Skills:Education:BE/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.Experience:4-7 years in industrial automation, preferably in manufacturing, machine building, automotive, or related industries.Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in PLC, HMI, SCADA, analog modules, and communication protocols(Serial, Modbus, Profibus, TCP/IP, FTP, Ethernet IP).
    • Experience inindustrial elements: laser marking, robotics, vision inspection, scanning, product testing, torquing, sensors, servo drives, welding controllers, and more.
    • Programming skillsin PLC & HMI, SFC, Ladder, Structured Text, NI Test Stand, and LabVIEW.
    • Machine safety & validation: Risk assessment, safety circuits, poka-yoke, cycle time study, and line balancing.
    • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and suggest design improvements.
    • Strong troubleshooting experience in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
    Other Requirements:Strong communication skills in English(spoken & written); knowledge of Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil is a plus.Experience in technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.Interested candidate share resume to hidden_email
