Job Description

JD Brand Marketing (Private Labels)MBA from Tier 1 B College - 2018/2019 pass out only Role Summary:

  • The incumbent would be responsible to
develop the brand architecture and brandstrategy playbook
  • Own key success metrics and analyze
performance
  • Handpick the right business partners (
creative agency / digital agency ) andbuild a strong relationship with them
  • Creative execution of the strategy through
branding and communication
  • Extend brand imagery into the entire
customer experience from merchandising,packaging, service to build adifferentiated experience and createdelight
  • Identify non-traditional levers to activate
the brand e.g.: Influencers, Events,Engagement
  • Build Cause Marketing as a key pillar of
the brand
  • Develop high impact pitch presentations/
AVs to bring the proposition alive withkey stakeholders for developing a deepconsumer understanding of triggers andbarriers for of online shopping acrosscategories
  • Deliver on business goals of GMV, units,
share and traffic by building brand equity/ recall, customer pull, traffic andconversions.
  • Independently leading, managing and
delivering on key projectsDesired Background:
  • Candidates with an MBA in marketing.
Beauty and personal care experience willbe a plus
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in Brand
Management, Marketing, Communication. Experience in e-commerce will be anadvantage but not mandatory. (Knowledge is must in e-commerce )
  • Project & stakeholder management
  • Understanding of Brand positioning,
Communication development, Digital &Social Marketing.
  • Creative (Copy & Visual) thinking &
assessment
  • Startup experience is an advantage
