Job Description

Team Description Swiggy is making its first foray into non- food deliveries and this team will be leading this initiative. The first market to be launched is Gurgaon, post which we will expand to other geographies.Roles Responsibilities

  • Partner/Brand account management
  • Develop deep and long standing relationship with the partners to drive relationships from the strategic to tactical
  • Own the brand growth numbers of platform in terms of revenue, savings to platform, revenue generation for the platform
  • Own the terms of business with the partners - products, returns, ordering, etc.
  • Ensure high- share of mind from the partner by building deep ties
  • Make vendors partners in driving disruptive changes for the category
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Market Understanding
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the market - short term and long term trends
  • Have an in depth knowledge of competition and vendor and ability to influence the market
  • Develop and implement industry best practices. Move the industry with you!
Business strategy
  • Know the customer: Deeply understand customer behaviour, develop new customer insights, brand objectives and create win- win situation in value chain
  • Own the business: Co- own the PL, develop the business model, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business to service them
  • Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever- changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
  • Know the competition: Understand on- line and off- line players. Ensure Swiggy s selection stays well ahead of competition
  • Influence the leadership: Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross- functional leadership and drive the changes required
Selection and Offers
  • Work with teams to get the best possible selection brands onboarded
  • Own cost improvement and overall portfolio management
  • Manage in store promotions along with brands - make brands partners in customer communication
  • Make Swiggy the - destination of choice- for the customers through the largest and the greatest assortment of products on offer
  • Drive portfolio management for best offers and discounts for . You get a chance to work with new generation of entrepreneurs and help them take their business to next level with the help of best- in- class Technology
Graduation, MBA from Tier 1 college with minimum 2- 3 years of experience in FMCG/FMCD sales, with E- commerce KAM experience will be a plusAbility to think like the customer, understand Brand objectives and create win- win situationsAbility to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completionHighly analyticalWilling to take calculated risks to grow the categoryExcellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of technology and businessMust be willing to learnAbility to connect with people across teams levelsStrong bias for Action - Swiggy works at a very rapid pace,
