Job Description

Manager Business Controls , Human ResourcesBangalore, IndiaAssist the Business Controls Risk Manager in the assessment of internal controls related to Human Resource processes with a focus on Information Technology Controls.Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of existing controls and document test results in accordance with the Business Controls Assurance Guide ensuring quality and excellence.Propose areas of improvement including identification of control gaps, duplicate controls, segregation of duties issues, etc.Serve as Business Controls point of contact for GHR FLOD in India. Assess and evaluate effectiveness of GHR controls in region.Under general supervision, act as coordinator and liaise with Compliance, Risk, Audit, Legal, Corporate Information Technology, Corporate Information Security Officer and other internal groups.Proactively identify risk events including breaches and data disclosures and escalate to management.Work independently within the scope of established guidelines and practices and consult with senior staff where clarification or exception to policy may be requiredWork with First Line and Second Line business partners as needed to resolve compliance or operational issues and ensure adherence to all policies /regulations /guidelines.Cultivate effective relationships with internal business partners to successfully achieve organizational goals.Proactively manage workload to successfully meet milestones and department objectives.Continuously enhance and update industry knowledge to develop subject matter expertise.Act in accordance with Risk Excellence as part of the Company s Way Ahead foundation.Assist the Business Controls Risk Manager in completing other tasks as required.Interfaces with key stakeholders across the division / organization; ensures program quality and expectations are met and exceeded,
