Responsibilities (Process/Activities):
Will be part of large scale projects and initiatives from VAS group.
Will be required to work with product business teams to launch new product initiatives follow up across teams to ensure launch timelines are met and there are no slippage.
Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly plan to grow overall VAS business.
Will be working with peer group of all verticals and support them with their key VAS related growth initiatives.
Own and manage execution of selling VAS products on Flipkart platform with support from various stakeholders.
Support all internal category marketing initiatives to help promote VAS products to Flipkart customers.
Work with Product, Analytics, BizFin, Legal, Service partners and vendor teams to ensure all moving parts are in-sync and various teams are working together to deliver common goal.
Requirement:
4-7 years of total work experience with at least 1-2 years exposure in e-commerce domain. Having exposure of launching new products, offerings and/or Insurance vertical would be added preference.
Good in communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to work closely with Product and Engineering teams and discuss tech issues in detail.
Ability to deliver in a set up that people from different backgrounds, objective and priorities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills.
