We at OFC.SPC work inline to our corporate clients to facilitate them with customer-concentric and customer-focused professional services through our Real Estate expertise.Roles & Responsibility :- Manager

  • Responsible for generating leads through market research/calling Leasing of warehouses.
  • Responsible for the leads generated through online campaigns.
  • Responsible for handling team to conduct vacant warehouse survey to maintain a strong inventory base.
  • Provide potential tenants with a tour of property highlighting the valuable features of the premises in order to convince customers and influence lease.
  • Maintain contact with lessees during their tenancy period to oversee their welfare and help resolve property issues.
  • Oversee the processing and approval of client applications and lease documents.
  • Elaborate the terms of lease, rental rate and period of payment to tenants.
  • Guide the activities and operations of leasing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
  • Ensure the proper documentation and storage of leasing files.
  • Planning and delivering CRM campaigns encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Analyzing & optimizing direct communications through data analysis with customers
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
