This role would be housed under Customer Experience and will lead the Content and Catalog charter for TVs & Home Appliances. This person would project manage across the category team, marketing team, brand product teams and suitable agencies / vendors to execute the Content & Catalog roadmap with the objective of building as a research destination for TVs & Home Appliances. Drive execution roadmap on Content and Catalog think through relevant content discovery points,catalog quality, etc. Preferably have a past experience as an account manager, dealing with production houses and content agencies. Good understanding of consumer behavior across touchpoints - marketing touchpoints, pre-purchase leg (Search, Browse, Merch, Catalog & payment touchpoints) Working closely with key product stake holders (internal and external) - should have had people interfacing opportunity in the past. Vendor Management: Working closely with the creative and media agency to plan and launch new content assets - should have front ended conversations with agencies in his past roles Providing pro-active direction & ideas for campaigns/projects on all aspects- new content assets for assisting purchase journey on platform, new product designs & relevant marketing campaigns etc. Understands business impact of content assets, discovery points and prioritize investments Builds business case and evangelize content and catalog charter in the BU Can track the content/campaign performance to desired results analytically Extremely customer centric and can come up with deep consumer insights Good understanding of the audience on various touchpoints; their interest, engagement etc. 3 year+ experience as an account manager with Media/content agencies for creating content assets and executing campaign go live (ideation to execution) Should have the ability to drive projects independently and seamlessly Manage a team for meeting targets and driving catalog/content creation ,
