* Duties and Responsibilities - Call center responsibilities: 1. Will be responsible for achieving issued cards targets for outbound telesales. 2. Will manage end to end outbound telesales process including doc collection. 3. Will ensure and monitor daily product wise agent wise lead flow data churning and conversion 4. Will Conduct daily floor activities to drive numbers and achieve cross selling targets at the 5. Complete ownership of all MIS related to telesales team 6. Liaise with operation team to ensure maximum conversion of leads/pickup of docs. Curing of RTO application and quick resolution of those applications 7. Data allocation and enrichment 8. Team recruitment management retention and training System & data capabilities: Understanding of calling CRM knowledge of SFDC will be an added advantage Data extraction from various sources and analysis in congruence with the business requirements Tracking all important matrix of business on regular basis Initiate request and coordinate with IT team for any new requirement related to system enhancement Need to have excellent excel and PowerPoint skills , * 1. Should have 2-4 year of experience overall with outbound telesales process, should have managed teams atleast for 2 years 2. Prior experience in outbound call center from BFSI background is must. 3. Should be a graduate. 4. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. 5. Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills. 6. Should be good in creating new scripts for outbound sales and in training teams 7. Fluency in English and Tamil Language is a must.
