MC- Customer Sales and Services - Sales Compensation Management or Incentive Compensation Management-Manager- Sales Compensation Management: Channel Strategy, Sales Compensation Planning and Design, Account Planning, Territory and Quota Management, Anaplan and other Sales Planning Management Tools- Demonstrates thorough knowledge in sales front office (e.g., sales effectiveness, channel design & partner management, sales process design, organizational design and coverage models, compensation, selling methodologies)- Has considerable knowledge and understanding of sales operations and field sales on projects that involve thinking critically about the business model and processes- Understands sales operations technologies and how they impact the overall sales process- Demonstrates skills in driving improvements in sales efficiency and productivity, including the following: sales channel design, partner management, coverage model design, go-to-market planning, and sales methodology design and deployment (including sales compensation design)- Can build and sustain client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills;- Writes, communicates, facilitates, and presents cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management- Researches and analyzes pertinent client, industry, and technical matters, including leveraging the ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously for self and others.- Demonstrates self-motivation and responsibility for personal growth and development while mentoringjunior members of the team with strong attention to detail- Leverages analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks- Has strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team- based environment- Can network and build relationship with external and internal clients, industry leaders, and prospects at executive, director, and staff level,
