The Manager, Development is the person responsible for the project delivery while development Manager keeps the development team on track and provides day to day technical management and process guidance on development activities. Responsibilities Build and manage the customer facing development and quality assurance team in the following way: Forecast resource requirements following a standard process monthly. Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure the necessary staff are selected, on- boarded, trained, and retained. Serve as a mentor and coach to development and quality assurance professionals. Establish a standardized and objective process to validate the strength and performance of each individual on the team Establish, implement, and strive for processes of continuous improvement. Establish and execute structured on- boarding and development programs for new hires, achieving increased engagement and higher productivity targets.
