Every order delivered by Swiggy s fleet of over 2, 00, 000 Delivery Executives, the largest in India, ensures a host of customer-centric features, while ensuring we provide unparalleled convenience for our customers. Team Description The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of an organization. It serves as the face of the company, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business. Some of the important duties that it overlooks are Defining and managing the Brand, take up new marketing initiatives and serve as a Media Liaison. Responsibilities

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Execute effective digital media campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Adwords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, DBM, Display, Video, Re-marketing, Branding, Affiliates etc.
  • Working on presentation/analytics/MIS and weekly/daily updates.
  • Should be able to understand the requirement plan digital campaigns on multiple platforms, aware of the latest trends in digital marketing.
  • Plan experiments conversion test, A/B test, lift study and draw meaningful insights from the same.
  • Execution of campaign setups and measuring their performance. Well versed with data tracking tools such as Appsflyer, Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to for creatives, data inputs etc. to optimize the campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other 3rd party vendors/partners
  • Ability to take on challenging deadlines and priorities.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and marketing plan.
  • Requirements:
  • Good communication skills and proactive in nature.
  • Should be able to coordinate between teams and prioritise the work.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing (5+ years). Preferred agency background experience.
  • Should be strong on analytics and analysing to make meaningful insights.
