Job Description

  • We are looking out for a dynamic marketing professional with strong grasp of B2B & B2C eCommerce to strategize & grow Schneider Electric business on various eCommerce platforms. If eCommerce, digital sales & sales conversion brings out the best in you, then you are our candidate
Responsibilities
  • Co-own P&L, develop eCommerce business model on existing B2B & B2C platforms
  • Understand opportunities & formulate comprehensive account wise strategy across eComm platforms
  • Responsible for business growth & sales on various digital platforms
  • Develop long standing relationship with the vendors - to drive relationships from strategic to tactical
  • Planning, Executing & Handling complete business operations at each level - Front-end operations, Product Assortment, Supply chain, Distribution and CRM
  • Over-seeing and executing Pan-India level deliveries for a seamless operation own the business in terms of - products, returns, ordering, etc.
  • Planning and Implementing digital campaigns with relevant stakeholders for promotion & sales

, *Requirements
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales or a related field
  • 4-5 years of Work experience in eCommerce sales is highly desirable
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing multiple accounts, distributors, planning & campaign execution and/or digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and leads to conversion
  • Experience in market place models including end-to-end supply chain
