- To lead a team to design, develop and implement all electrical & electronic features in the electric vehicle platforms meeting all regulatory standards/requirements with in project time line. - Evaluate existing and new designs for compliance to internal and external standards and review designs for various governmental regulation compliance - System test management including validating the systems by making proper test cases in both system and vehicle level so as to give issue free product to customer - Specifying requirements for Integration HIL testing - Failure analysis: Analysing on reported concerns (during development stage and post SOP) and giving solution to reduce/eliminate it and also capturing that particular issue in upcoming products. - Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA,Design Reviews & Project management - System configuration management - Initiate, Interact with CFT & Lead the design engineers for system integration to realise the required E&E feature - Participation in IMCR/VAVE activities. - Should have knowledge on working of BOM details of componentsExperience (years)10 to 14 yearsIndustry Preferred Any other OEM, electronic controller manufacturer Tier 1 suppliers, electric vehicle OE or supplier end is preferableQualificationBE/B Tech Electrical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineeing / Automobile engineering ME/M tech ElectricalEngg/ECE/Automobile : 10-14 yearsCompetencies - Good communication skills & Good team leader - Adaptable: Able to adapt oneself to new surroundings; to make suitable change so as to fit new conditions. - Reliable: Dependable. - Responsible: Capable of rational conduct, trustworthy. - Should be able to handle/guide team of 8-10 - Analytical and conceptual skills planning and organizing skills ,
