Your OpportunityAs a part of the Finance team that works on Business Critical Decisions through various accounting and FP&A. You will be at the helm of extremely sensitive data which is the cornerstone to enable business and various stakeholders in India and US make various decisions. You will be part of great Finance professionals to leverage various Finance practices and drive decisions to closure. Your Responsibility You will be part of the taxes and compliance team which will have the overall responsibility of managing Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax, STPI and SEZ Compliances. You will have the responsibility of withholding tax compliances i.e. TDS Computation, Preparation & filing of TDS Returns, Distribution of TDS Certificates to Vendors and Clause 34B working preparation for Tax Audit. You will have the responsibility of computation of Quarterly/Annual Advance Tax and Provision of Tax Computation both under UGAAP and IGAAP You will assist in the preparation of annual return (Equalization Levy, Income Tax Return, Form 3CD, FORM 3CEB, Master File) You will assist in the preparation of APA (Advance Pricing Agreement) application and MAP (Mutual Agreement Procedure) You will assist in GST, STPI and SEZ Compliances. You will have the responsibility of co-ordinating/supporting multiple assessments/audits related to tax matters (Internal/External). You will be responsible for preparation of monthly tax schedules and support month close activities. You will assist in driving projects/initiatives.Your QualificationsYou should be a CA/CA-inter with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.You possess good knowledge of Direct Tax (including Transfer Pricing) and GST.Knowledge of STPI and SEZ compliance will be an added advantage. You possess excellent knowledge of MS Excel functions and accounting entries.Having knowledge of IGAAP and Ind AS will be added advantage.You should have proficiency in working with SAP ERP Systems.
