Finance service delivery that includes MI reporting, FP&A and query management for Global Finance teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality service that is error free, submitted on a timely manner and communicated effectively.Ensuring that the quality is not compromised and be on top of financial activities assigned like Management reporting, Business and Client Performance, Financial Analysis, Variance AnalysisManaging the assigned tasks professionally and efficiently.Continuously reviewing all processes in order to identify opportunities for quality and process design improvement.Work closely with Accounting, Standard Reporting and Planning & Control teams to get the work done which is assigned to them.Ensuring that all activities conducted in the unit are appropriately documented and approved according to the new policies developed for the Finance Shared Service Centre, and that documentation is kept accurate and up to date.Ensuring that effective system of financial and operational controls are adhered to.Conduct periodic tests of key controls in accordance with the operational risk policy framework.Continuous improvement in productivity to drive the efficiencies in the team.Upholding the values of the Group and Company at all times.Compliance with all applicable Rules/ Regulations and Company and Group PoliciesKEY RELATIONSHIPS:FSSC counterpartsFunctional CoordinatorsCountry and Business Finance teamsKEY MEASURES:Seamless service delivery of processes migrated to FSSC.Meet or exceed the service levels agreed with the customers.Effective system of financial and operational controls and quality standards.Productivity, process improvements initiatives done in FSSC.Employee satisfaction survey.Customer feedback.QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:Graduate or MBA Finance with 0-5 years of relevant finance experience in FP&A.Effective communication skills, including presenting and influencing senior management.Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Relationship and stakeholder management skills is important.Initiative and proactive thinking.Apply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.,
