Job Description

Skill required: Risk Data Management - Data AnalyticsDesignation: Management Level - ManagerQualifications: Any GraduationYears of Experience: 13-18 yearsYou will be aligned to our Financial Services, banking, Insurance, and Capital Market vertical which is focused on helping clients with their tax preparations, insurance coverage, and investment portfolios.The team takes loss control to the next level by combining deep analytic capability with our global risk consulting and risk engineering expertise, to craft solutions for our clients to improve safety and reduce loss cost and exposures. The team works with stakeholders to gather business requirements and leverage analytical experience to suggest the feasibility and technical approaches to fulfill the requirement. The team is accountable for data management that includes a fully scalable relational database management system. ETL(Extract, Transport, and Load) - Set of methods and tools to extract data from outside sources, transform it to fit an organizations business needs, and load it into a target such as the organizations data warehouse. They identify and present analytical findings and opportunities for continuous improvements to stakeholders.In Data Analytics, you will have to analyze, inspect, clean, transform, and model data. This involves collecting and scrutinizing every data sample in a set of items from which samples can be drawn. It implies designing and implementing interfaces, architecture and reporting structures. You will use Analytics to detect and prevent fraud, waste and error using Quality Control Tools, 5WsH, Fish Bone, Statistical Analysis expertise.Roles and Responsibilities

    • In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
    • You will need to create solutions in situations which requires an in-depth analysis/evaluation of variable factors
    • This will require alignment to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
    • Your primary interaction will be with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
    • Some latitude in decision-making is involved, you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
    • You will need to flag risks to clients and Accenture stakeholders and propose action plans where needed
    • You will need to have an innovative mindset to identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs and increase client value
    • Decisions that you make in this role will have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility
    • You will be managing medium - large sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
    • You would require transformation mindset and eye for identifying automation/process improvement opportunities.
Please note this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
