RoleOversee the entire Fulfilment operations ensuring the order fulfilment, stock inwards, returns process andn inventory accuracy.Improve productivity & accuracy standards and follow- up to ensure acceptable quality control standards.Analyse and improve processes related to Fulfilment Operations.Responsible for training the staff on processes, safety and policies and ensure the quality standards are met.Monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure the most efficient and effective processing of orders; control of damages, errors and mis- picks; and excellence service levels.Help develop and maintain inventory/ security controls to prevent shrinkage and shortages.Develop associates to be capable of coaching, counselling and motivating staff to attain optimum performance, productivity levels.RequirmentsHigh level of ownership.Exposure to process management, supply chain, operations and warehouse operations.Experience in furniture retail would be a plus.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Problem solving and handling stressful and complicated situations.Team management and engagement skills.,
