Apprenticeship program - Halt the hate (GBV) - Amnesty International India Apprenticeship program Halt the hate (GBV) Apprenticeship program Halt the hate (GBV) Indians for Amnesty International Trust is offering apprenticeship based out of our Bangalore office. The Apprenticeship programme is designed for individuals interested in gaining experience working with a human rights organisation, in different capacities. We are especially interested in candidates from Dalit or Adivasi communities, persons with disabilities and members of religious minorities groups who can contribute through their experience to the diversity and effectiveness of our workplace. Manager - GBV Project Period of Engagement (months): This would be a three month program with our Halt the Hate ProgramJob Responsibilities Undertake qualitative and quantitative research including mapping of data on hate crimes from media reports, existing databases and other sources. This data would pertain to period Jan June 2019 Draft notes, briefings and other documents on hate crimes in India Send RTIs and consolidate responses from states regarding response on implementation of Supreme Court guidelines 2017. Assist in the planning and implementation of a campaign which aims to document and reduce hate crimes in India Consolidation of data towards putting together the final report.
