Job Description

What were looking for:You would be an experienced leader , who will provide guidance on the Security Identity and Access Management (IAM) roadmap, including implementation of RBAC and ABAC models for corporate identities in a hybrid environment. You must be experienced in driving IAM technology changes, delivering projects, and implementing secure automated processes that combine both cloud and on-premise resources. You must also be familiar with compliance and auditing controls required to implement corporate identity governance on cloud based and on-premise resources. and have hands on experience with security services on cloud environments, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.Basic Qualifications

  • You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IAM
  • Must have experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
  • Have experience with MFA, SSO, Kerberos, SAML and OAuth
  • Have experience with SCIM connectors
  • You must have experience with Azure and AWS
  • Have experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Must have experience with Agile project management methodologies
  • Have CSP technical certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering(Preferably Computer Science)
Role Responsibilities :
  • You will work with internal teams to efficiently and securely design and implement the next generation IAM hybrid infrastructure that includes both on-premise and cloud resources.
  • Will Identify gaps and advice on all topics related to user lifecycle processes, suggest enhancements and future capabilities, as well stay current on emerging technologies.
  • You will design and drive the implementation of regular user access reviews, attestation, and certification processes.
  • You will be responsible for working with current Security IAM implementations and driving future strategic initiatives.
  • Will implement industry standard security concepts, including least privilege and separation of duties for session management, password management, permission management, and entitlement management.
