HR Compliance Manager Compliance Manager job opportunity in Bangalore. Eco space with a global IT consultancy for a professional holding at least 3-10 years of experience. Responsibilities: Verifying that software technology is in place to adequately provide oversight and monitoring in all required areas. Discussing emerging compliance issues with management or employees. Collaborating with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations Preparing various applications / forms under various Act (Shop / CLRA / Gratuity /PT / LWF) for Registration/renewal/amendment etc. Applying for New Registrations /renewals /amendments under Shops & E Act with the necessary fees with in the due date and obtain the RC.
