About us: Daimler Truck Innovation Center India (DTICI) DTICI located in Bengaluru Karnataka is a 100% subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG. Our Ambition is to be an INTEGRATED Engineering & IT Centre of Daimler Truck AG focused on PRODUCT INNOVATION The role The incumbent would be responsible for managing the HR Compliance & Benefits agenda for DTICI. The typical portfolio split for the role holder will comprise HR Compliance & Policies (40%), Benefits (20%), Compensation (20%) & HR Projects (20%). The role will report to the Chief People officer of DTICI but will require close collaboration with the C&B and Performance Leader and other HR stakeholders. Key Deliverables:
    • HR Policy: Articulating and implementing HR policy framework and ensuring appropriate governance
    • HR Compliance: As a policy lead for HR center of competence, s/he will be responsible for designing, refining and implementing inclusive, future ready HR policies and processes. Ensuring compliance under POSH Act (Policy drafting, employee sensitization training, ICC, Report, etc.). Steer investigations and reporting of issues raised by the employees in collaboration with HRBPs. Periodically reviewing compliance from not only legal but also socially responsible perspective in line with corporate priorities.
    • Employee Benefits: Responsible for designing, assessing and maintaining benefit programs in India that align to DTICI s Benefits Philosophy, local market practices, and compliance requirements. Managing benefit renewals, including RFPs, cost impact analysis, and presenting proposals to internal stakeholders in collaboration with the C&B Leader.
    • Compensation: Supporting Rewards Leader in driving annual compensation and related processes
    • HR Projects: Steering cross functional HR Projects in collaboration with various HR and business stake holders.
    The candidate must possess:
    • 10-12 years of overall experience in HR especially in policy formulation implementation and allied domains.
    • Strong exposure to statutory compliances and labor laws and HR compliance.
    • Exposure in carrying out investigations and documenting reports
    • Experience of working in a multinational environment
    • MBA in HR from premier B School (Tier 1/2) would be an added advantage
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data modeling tools.
    • Strong project / program management skills & experience in Rewards & Benefits Vendor Management.
    • Ability to influence decision making at the leadership levels.
    • Superior collaboration skills to engage internal & external stakeholders.
    • Strong consulting skills with the business.
