Supports workforce planning and management through process development, tactical planning and data analytics. Develop solutions, programs and policies leveraging an understanding of the internal and external factors by careful evaluation of risks, feasibility, and consequences to employees and Human Resources function Develops and implements an ongoing consultative approach to partnering to proactively address end- to- end HR program and framework for the India offices. Keeps abreast of trends and anticipates opportunities to add value and efficiency to the HR function Ensures a client focused, outward facing approach is used in all decision making and solutions Counsels and advises employees, staff, supervisors and managers on application, interpretation and fair administration of personnel policies, practices, procedures, and programs. Observes and analyzes the execution of practices, identifies problem areas, and recommends changes. Provides effective advice and counseling to front line managers on all matters involving employee relations; Conducts and effectively closes out thorough investigations to resolve employee relations issues. Identifies training needs for functional group as well as individual coaching and development needs; partners with Talent Management to provide solutions Works with managers and employees to build individual development plans to ensure career development objectives are met. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, retention, and ensure alignment with Neustar s cultural attributes. Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, performance improvement) Establishes differentiated requirements within each organizational position to articulate responsibilities, skills and experiences needed at each level Ensures organization applies compensation practices consistently throughout employee lifecycle - promotion and other organizational changes potentially impacting compensation Qualifications/ Educational Requirements Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from a reputed management institute with minimum of 10 years of related HR experience and minimum 3 years at a supervisory level In- depth knowledge of Indian HR compliance. Experience developing and implementing best- in- class HR policies and processes Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational diagnosis and design, performance management, and succession planning, and talent acquisition Specific Knowledge & Skills: Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
