Position Overview Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Manager of Talent Acquisition will take ownership of the Bangalore recruitment team and their results to support the business needs. You will define targets and give guidance to the recruitment team members to ensure they are meeting Replicon s standards. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience managing a recruitment team, is really good at execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and is motivated by hiring quality candidates at the right cost.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Hiring Managers on staffing plans/budgets, then develop and execute recruitment plans accordingly Build and maintain a high-performance recruitment team with the right core values, set the right expectations and manage them by objectives in order to deliver recruitment results Understand and improve our internal recruitment processes to make them more effective and efficient, while upholding quality measures, volume in pipelines, and closure attainment along with providing a great recruitment experience to candidates Get involved in the interview process by verifying candidates culture fit in the organization Understand the local market conditions, as well as best practices and trends in recruitment Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs Recommend ways to improve our employer brand Develop and communicate a strong employment brand Qualifications: Degree in HR, Business or related discipline; MBA preferred 12 years of experience in recruitment, including 3 years in a corporate recruitment leadership role Must have prior experience working on a variety of technical and non-technical requirements, preferably for a high tech/SaaS environment Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills Hands on approach towards recruitment. Naturally focused on building candidate pipelines to bring in the top quality performers Previous experience working for a US based company is a plus Willing to be flexible with his/her working hours to overlap with Hiring Managers in the night shift and in North America,
