An Operations Manager is required to coordinate with various departments within our company to accomplish the projects goals within the given timelines. This position would be responsible for strategizing, monitoring and improving the systems and processes used in the operations department.Coordinate with the Finance, IT and other departments to ensure that the work flow is smooth and the investment documents are processed accurately Effectively manage the Operations teams based out in various locations Coordinate with channel managers, channel partners and clients to resolve all the enquiries regarding the ongoing projects Responsible for generating accurate reports from the CRM system Adhere to various processes Assist in setting up offices in new locations Responsible for training new joinees in the operations team across various locations Continuous monitoring and improvement of the overall systems and processes in the operations department. Skills/ Requirements The ideal candidate would possess excellent communication skills both oral and written, outstanding negotiation skills, high level of attention to detail A pro- active, highly organized and methodical work style. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 8 years of work experience.,
