Job Description

    Job DescriptionOverall production planning, Manpower Planning, Material procurement && control for achieving the planned periodic customer schedules Acts as a Technical adviser (Technical support) for machine shop from production perspective on key projects Prepare Annual Production , R && M ,Packing and Consumable budget Prepare mid-term plan according 5 year projection plan Achievement of production plan more than 99% every month && all customer schedules (Sales Targets) should compiles 100% every month Preparation of production loading plan & execution. Contingency plan in case of regular machine failures Preparation of Machine Utilization & Manpower Utilization Daily Plan vs. shortfall action with Actual gap analysis for smooth flow of operations Balancing & managing workforce for three shifts.
