About the Role As a Program Manager for ops excellence, you will be owning multiple programs to drive FCF, identify cost saving opportunities across SL, own automation etc. . You will be expected to engage with senior leaders, both externally and internally, to ensure a high bar on ops excellence for Fashion. You will run a large program mandate cutting across categories and teams within Amazon, requiring you to leverage mechanisms to influence leaders across teams and drive execution with rigor. You will also need to Think Big to deliver superior experience for fashion customers,
    • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
    • 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
    • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
    • 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
    • Experience in people management
    • An understanding of and passion for e-commerce.
    Work experience is preferred (10+ years). Experience in business, category management, project management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities Strong numerical and analytical aptitude Proven experience leading cross-functional projects Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines Detail Oriented, Innovative, team oriented, and have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities. The position will be based in Amazon s office in Bangalore.
    • Masters degree is preferred
    • Experience in Consumer-facing sectors such as Retail, FMCG is preferred
